Highway Authorities and statutory users of NSG/ASD data must register for an NSG User Account. If you have any questions regarding registration please contact us.

Once you submit the form we shall review your application and contact you by E-mail or by phone to confirm your account has been created.

Your organisation isn't in the pulldown list?

If your company name is not present you must do the following:

1. Register with the DfT

To register with the DfT download the registration form and fax the completed form to the DfT at the telephone number provided on the form.

2. The DfT will review your application

The DfT will consider your application and if successful a DfT code will be issued and the form will be forwarded to us for processing.

3. Stay in contact

If you have not heard anything from us in 10 working days then please call 020 7747 3500 stating that you have applied for access to the NSG website. Your call will then be directed to somebody who will look into the matter.
